PARKING NOTICE

PAs PLEASE ONLY PARK IN
DESIGNATED EMPLOYEE PARKING AREAS
WHETHER WORKING, GOLFING,
ATTENDING A MEETING
OR WHATEVER!

EMPLOYEE PARKING AREAS ARE
ON THE GRAVEL LOT
BEHIND THE OLD REAL ESTATE OFFICE
ADJACENT TO THE MOUNTAIN 2nd GREEN OR
ON THE GRAVEL BESIDE THE TENNIS BUBBLE!

THANKS.

Typical greens for goose stuff are
10 and 12 on the Mountain and
11, 13 and 14 on the Valley.

A bunker rake works well to remove the poop.

PAs are reminded to watch for cart damage

Things that may be on the radar could include:

  • Looking for white or rubbed tires (this indicates curb contact)
  • Alignment from behind and front
  • Screeching tires (bad driver = increased chances for damage)

Please report any cart damage or abuse to outside services as they are the main area responsible for noticing and dealing with the damage as they see and handle the carts much more than everyone else combined.

--- VERY IMPORTANT ---

REGARDING GOLF CARTS!

Starters: All golf cart use is based on two persons per power cart. DO NOT ALLOW golfers to go out onto the course as a single in a golf cart. Always pair them up and let Outside Services know that you have an extra cart to be picked up. You may get an argument from a Member but hopefully the Member will understand.

Marshals: If you see an abandoned cart out on the course please don't leave it there. Find out from the Starter who had this cart, check for damage, then let the Golf Shop know all the particulars. Let Outside Services know the location of this abandoned cart so that they can pick it up. Never leave a golf cart out on the course overnight.

STARTERS: PLEASE ASK FOR RECEIPTS!

It has come to the Golf Shop's attention that some golfers STILL MAY NOT BE PAYING TO GOLF.

Therefore please ask to see the golfers' receipts before allowing them onto the tee.

If there is a problem, send them back to the Golf Shop to get things sorted out.

When golfers check in, the Golf Shop will tell them that they must show their receipt to the Starter.

This doesn't include Members of course, or golfers that have the TA (Travel Agent) designation beside their name on the tee-sheet.
